In my role as the Lead Designer for the Connecticut Digital Service team, I spearheaded the development of an enterprise-level design system capable of unifying various agencies and services across the state. This initiative was a crucial component of the comprehensive statewide endeavor to digitize the entirety of Connecticut’s state government. I designed user-friendly digital interfaces, focusing on both functionality and aesthetics. My role involves working with research, wireframing, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to create seamless user experiences that had a strong emphasis on usability.
